About the Role

As an Audit Business partner Manager, you plan, coordinate and lead end-to-end audits for regions, market organizations, plants and headquarter functions. You consistently act as a trustable partner and advisor to identify company risk and process compliance in all areas of the organization; you are a role model in values, independency and professional ethics.

You successfully lead your team and recruit and develop talents. You actively promote new ways of working and inspire and support your team of internal auditors to achieve ambitious results, overcome challenges and leverage opportunities arising from emerging technologies.

What you need is:

  • You hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Business or related field (Advantageous to have CPA qualification or equivalent ACA, ACCA, CIMA, MBA) or proven experience in financial accounting, controlling and / or audit
  • You have a minimum of 6 years working experience, preferably within a Big Four or in a Multinational
  • You have gained first experience as a team leader, and you are passionate about coaching team members and upskill your team
  • You have strong time management and organizational skills and a proactive working style
  • You have strong interpersonal skills to successfully perform in a global matrix environment as an Audit business partner Manager, excellent stakeholder management skills and demonstrated strong leadership skills
  • You are proficient in MS Office and particularly in SAP/BI or SAP ByD, experience in data analytics is a plus
  • You are proficient in written & verbal English (additional languages are an asset)
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
