Risk Expert

Company Profile
Our client is a Private Equity run FMCG business, one of the largest in their sectors in 
Europe.

The company headquarters is located in Lublin in Poland. This is where the Factory and 
the Lublin Logistics Center are located. The Management Office is located in Warsaw, 
and the Sales Force is scattered throughout the country. 
As their Risk expert you have an opportunity to build up this department and would be 
tasked with covering enterprise/business/corporate risks and supporting the Group’s 
risk management process including risk identification, evaluation, aggregation, and 
reporting.

Role: - Risk Expert
• Actively engage with risk owners across the organization as well as internal and 
auditors and cyber security team
• Continuously develop their RMS, identify, and implement best practices taking 
into account regulatory developments, and managing policies
• Considering risks regarding their production processes and compliance
• Cooperation with organizational units on risk related to their financial and 
operational processes and compliance risks
• Maintain and manages policies regarding risk management
• and external bodies supervising working conditions
• Giving opinions on plans, assumptions and projects for plant modernization

Requirements and Salary
Fluent English is required for this role.
Salary is circa 14-15k PLN per month plus 10% bonus
No relocation support is offered. 
Location is Warsaw but a very flexible home working arrangement
